David Rice is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Eagles Wings Faith Center.  Pastor Rice Has been instructing and building up the Body of Christ, preaching with purpose to see their full potential.  His ministry is to develop believers into the image and likeness of Christ.   Deborah Rice is a native of Arizona and  serves as the Executive Director of Eagles Wings Faith Center and oversees the daily operation of the ministry.  She ministers weekly in the church and travels and ministers with her husband, ministering to women and to the body of Christ.
